It’s been rumoured ever since the game was announced mid last year (and was even listed on the official website for a while), but rumours have flared up again with GameStop listing the game with an August 16th release date.

It’d make sense for the game to coming out in August. The Switch version of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy followed a similar release pattern.
A listing for Spyro Reignited Trilogy for Nintendo Switch has been found on GameStop ’s website. It gives the game a August 16th release date.

As we mentioned, the game has previously been mentioned on both Nintendo’s official website as well as the official Spyro website, so we’d say it’s definitely coming regardless of this date.
